Crossroads Ministry

Meals on Wheels Food Assistance $6/hot meal delivered; drive up food and supplies.

You can also reach out to Crossroads for Rent Assistance. 
Crossroads will be giving food boxes to those confined to their home and adjusting to social distancing by serving people from the parking lot of Crossroads M-Thurs 10-4pm, Friday 10-1pm. 
​If you would like to be added to the Meals on Wheels list to receive a hot nutritious meal M-F, please call 970-480-1082.
Lobby is closed; Food distribution is in the lower parking lot. A volunteer will come to your car/to you to see what you need. 
Crossroads has quickly increased their services. They  expect to have 3-4 times the amount of people coming in for help over the next month.

I am doing all interview over the phone and people can still come to the office because there is glass window for social distancing and there is a drop box. ​​

EP Schools Serving Lunch

Monday, Wed and Fridays, pickup 8:30 am to 11 am. ​​Any child from age 0-18 is eligible to receive free meals through the district’s food service program during the emergency closure. Students do not have to qualify for the Free & Reduced Meals Program.
There will be a drive through pick up in the lower parking lot behind the elementary school, located at 1505 Brodie Ave. Check EPSchool website for information on drop off locations throughout valley.
You will not need to exit your vehicle to receive meals.  Meals provided will be breakfast and lunch and will be packaged in bags so they can be taken home. 
Crisis Advocates

​Estes Valley Crisis Advocates offices and My Sister's Place Safehouse remain open and available to the community as we are designated as essential service providers. 
Advocates available 24/7 Our office is staffed 7 days a week and you can reach us at 970-577-9781 during the day or via dispatch at 970-586-4000 after hours.  
Support groups will become virtual starting first Tuesday in April with Rosemary, women’s support group on Wed’s.

Volunteers of America Supportive Services for Veteran Families

VOA, although working from home, is still fully operational. If you have Veterans in need of rental assistance, we are happy to do a phone screening with them as needed. We cannot guarantee financial assistance, but will work to support them however we can! ​​

Airbits Drive-in WiFi spot for students

Access free wifi just south of Airbits office and in Stanley Village. The network is called DriveIn-WiFi.
This service allows students who don't have wifi to turn in class work and join online class time. Airbits also looking to install routers in certain homes to help further access.

​Salud has transitioned to mostly phone visits. Your provider will be able to handle the majority of your medical, behavioral health, and dental needs over a phone visit. Our Dentists are able to handle emergency dental services through a phone visit as well.

Rotary Duck Race Postponed, date TBD
​Colorado Special Olympics has cancelled all practices and competitions until at least May 31. This includes canceling State competitions and the Summer Games that is usually held in Grand Junction the first weekend in June.
